  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days or if anyone in your household has had a positive test in the last 14 days

  • If you have been told to self isolate or quarantine in the last 14 days

48 hours before your appointment we will send you an email,  SMS reminder, or both.  This will include a link to our Portal which has some forms for you to complete prior to your arrival.

 Please use the intercom to announce you have arrived.

You will be asked to wait outside the practice or in your car until the dentist is ready to see you.  Please dress appropriately for the weather.

On entering the building you will be asked to sanitise  your hands,wear a face mask on and the dental nurse will check your temperature with a infra red, non contact thermometer.  You will be then escorted to the surgery

You will be asked on entering the premises, in surgery and on leaving surgery to use the hand sanitiser.  This is to protect us and you.

All members of staff will be wearing more PPE than you are used too.  This is to protect us and you and keep everyone safe.

Any costs incurred during treatment will need to be settled by card, contactless payment where possible.  We will no longer be accepting cash.
